Heute abend in Frankfurt, der frisch renovierte Hauptbahnhof.
Welcome to a new PABUCA year with a little inside view….
Another day without vacation pictures from Scotland. Apologies if you were waiting for one, there will be one this weekend, I promise. But today the weekly photo challenge asks for a relic, so there we go:
This is a DB Class 420 commuter train, designed and built in the 1960s but still in use. After 50 years of service I guess it can absolutely be called a „relic“. Though, these are slowly being replaced by new stock…
Welcome to the new PABUCA Tuesday, on the lookout for Lines this week. Unfortunately I have to be cheap on you with words one more week, this is hopefully going to change when I have more time available after my regular job. So quick and painless, Lines in Frankfurt.
Hauptwache Subway Station
For weeks I have had no idea at all, what to shoot for the lost-theme on this weeks PABUCA. You barely find lost objects on the street that are worth photographing. So I decided to help the pictures a bit and „loose“ something on the street….
So I found a little mouse in the greenery, she seemed to be rather lost near the Deutsche Bank Towers.
I decided to follow her and her next stop was the pedestrian tunnel under the Central Station.
In the end I found her again on a bench in front of the Römer. This is where her journey ended, now she is sitting here with me, watching me write that posting. She is obviously not lost any more.
And vor everyone who is missing my contribution to this weeks Magic Monday, sorry folks, I did not feel creative at all yesterday. This will follow later this week.
