This week we are descending into the Frankfrut Subway system, following the weekly photo challenge…
Welcome to the new PABUCA Tuesday, on the lookout for Lines this week. Unfortunately I have to be cheap on you with words one more week, this is hopefully going to change when I have more time available after my regular job. So quick and painless, Lines in Frankfurt.

Let’s start this PABUCA-Week with this little pal:
He looks nice but I am sure, getting too close to him would absolutely be no fun. Thankfully the Frankfurt Zoo built a high barrier.
Then there is this Team, also from the Frankfurt Zoo:
They are absolutely fascinating creatures and it is okay to watch them behind Glass, but they should please stay there. On the plus side, not too many people are stopping at their terrarium, so I had plenty of time to get the shot.
Finally there was this furry Friend:
Found her in a Frankfurt subway station. Millions are living down there but I rarely ever see them that public.
It is PABUCA time again, this week about exhibitions. A difficult topic if you do not want to go and shoot the obvious trade show. So I thought about something like Graffitti and ended up with very various ways of street art.
Art is always also depending on the viewers eye, so this is could as well be a public art installation.
Very often street art is also intended to carry a message. This has been found next to the Zoo.
Finally the subway station next to the „Städel“, a Museum for modern art. I do like the message it transports…
This weeks topic for PABUCA is „rain“, so be careful, it’s about to get wet.
I’ve been a bit struggling to find good pictures, as I am usually not going out taking pictures when it is raining. But I still found a few for you.
Not sure if there used to be more on this sign.

Nice view from the Maintower after a short rain shower. Thankfully the blue sky is back already.

Starting today, there is a brand new Project in the blogging world, called PABUCA. It is aiming to show three different pictures of your hometown, with a different topic every week. To me the main difference (and also main reason to join) is that the topics are already set and published (currently until April 1st) so you have a loooooooong time to choose and prepare the pictures as you like them. I am just afraid that I might pretty soon sit here on a tuesday evening and have too many pictures to choose from but I decided to take that risk. If you are interested , stop by at their page and join the show.
