The first thing that comes to my mind when being asked about admiration, is a few people around me, wo I admire for what they are to me and what they achieved in life. But as I am not a people photographer, this question asks me to admire something and this is clearly the landscape views in Scotland. If you ever have a chance to go there, do it!

This week the WPC is asking for a photo, inspired by a story, poem, verse, song or lyric. I took my inspiration from one of my favorite songs of all times. Battle For The Sun by Placebo, a song about overcoming struggles and heading for the light. And don’t we all head for the light in photography?

Eine gut erhaltene Wendeltreppe in Tolquhon Castle. Der Rest der Burg sieht nicht so taufrisch aus.
Hab ich doch noch ein Tor gefunden, das zum Thema passt. Live zu betrachten im Städtchen Brora an der schottischen Ostküste.
